Virgin bribed me with a free mth and a promise that the wireless disconnecting problem would be solved. An engineer was due to call to-day but it was rescheduled for Wednesday without any correspondence with us (we had to phone 150 to find this out). So an engineer said yet again that after a bit of tweaking from virgin call ctr, the problem is solved , it isn't. before I finally finally finally decide to disconnect these people, would buying my own routre solve the problem? I am convinced their superhub is the problem) We have a good deal price wise of ?23. a mth.
Virgin wireless difficulties continue :(
