Hi,I run a free download of Bacu it will clean most of the things that clog your P C,also CCleaner again free,you have as most of us have lots of programs starting when we turn on our Laptop or Desktop msconfig will find most,disable all accept the ones you need at start ie,delete any programs you have not used for a month keeping your security starting when you startup,buy a external H D and move all music,piccies on to it and change the default download destination to a download folder in new H D if all your memory is used up you may see very little differ if you have 10 or 15 with what you can retrieve from doing the above will be reasonably significant,hope this helps,McG
