worked and unlocked the system so only the admin password is still set but atleast i can change all other settings thank you.

The password is correct for a QWERTY type keyboard

unless your Dell is one of the very latest 2nd generation of -595B which at present only Dell and paid service website can unlock

it generally is the admin password as well until user changes it, if user changes it then it will no longer work
