              suffix 3A5B is too new
at present only Dell and paid service websites can do them

Bios tags are 7 characters before suffix
HDD tags are 11 before suffix which may contain ***

the Bios tag is normally on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop it is 7 characters followed by a suffix like -595B (but some don't show suffix)
when you go into BIOS it then sometimes asks for a HDD password and it will show on screen an 11 character followed by a suffix like -595B

I don`t find anything in bios that could contain that suffix... but i took out the HDD and here is what`s written on it

                          Seagate Momentus 5400 FDE.2
                          SID : V74WA RFWKN 7HBNL 512PW 9PZYO
                          SN : 5MA3TWT4
                          ST9160824AS
                          PN : 9CU134-527
                          FW 3.AAH

and on the back of the HDD i have this code : FH7527EKK

I hope that this will help you... i currently can enter bios but cannot boot on the HDD basically i can just enter bios and nothing else. Thx

you can't use whats written on HDD it has to be what computer throws up

this is how one person got round it but I don't know if it will work for you.

remove the HDD from the laptop
boot into BIOS and remove the System Password and set admin password
                            power off and reinsert HDD
go into BIOS and select the option to remove HDD password
