Hello. This is such a great find! I hope you can help like all the other people here.

I haven't needed to change any settings in my Dell D620 so even though the bios settings were locked, I didn't mind. I can use the laptop and enter the bios but cannot change anything. I now need to change some settings (eg USB legacy and enable Virtualization) so I need to unlock the settings.

I don't know if the person who sold it to me had set his own password or if it is the default one.

My Service Tag is: 2LW8QC1-595B
