when turning on the laptop it goes through the boot screen and no matter what i seem to do it comes up with the "this computer system, #35TFMG1-595B, is protected by a password authentication system. you cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password."

any help or suggestions appreciated, about to go on a business trip in the morning and need a laptop for work.
