    you have typed them in the correct case as tags and passwords are case sensitive

    the only other one I can calculate is t8bwE43e6tTeA77n make sure you type them in as the case they are printed
    This didn't work either. I am typing everything in correctly

        If it's not a valid Dell tag, then maybe I'm wrong.
        The sticker days DPPP5Q1 and it also says DPPP5Q1 in the BIOS. The -1D3B shows up at the service tag for windows preboot login.

        Perhaps you can please give me the master password for DPPP5Q1?

              I have given you all the possible passwords so maybe your model cannot be done with this calculator
              only other thing I can suggest is to try resetting via the jumpers or the paperclip method (google is your friend)

                I was looking the other day for the chip but couldn't find it. I'll look again and do the paperclip 3/6 pin method

                    The points your looking for are usually under the RAM chip. You can even bridge them with a flat screwdriver. You might encounter a locked HDD after passing the BIOS.

                      Hi all,

                      i am new to this;

                      but i bought 2 laptops ;

                      a D610 and latitude 13 but both do have the Same admin/setup password on it?

                      can someone please help me to recover these passwords?

                      D610: ST: H Z C 54 Z J -595B

                      Latitude 13: ST: D L C L 5 L 1 -2A7B

                      hope this is enough info..
                      if i get the passwords then i just need to fill it in the normal admin password menu?

                      thanks in advance!
