Continues to say "please type in system or administrator pw and press enter" after 3 wrong tries it shuts down. Man I got so happy at ur reply. Any other choices to try?

Man that worked absolutely perfect, now of course (my luck) it is now requesting a #**188CTEWLT-595B hard drive pw. I can just replace that I suppose if there's no other way. Thanx forbthe system pw. U saved me a cost of a another laptop!!!

Well, I've spent hours trying to find a way to reset this Admin Password on my Dell D630 to no avail.

Here's the Tag:
6KD1VF1-595B

I could use some help also.

I've been all around the net looking for tools/pw gens. etc.
Seems to be a tool latitudepw but it's no where to be found.

It's a second hand machine from eBay and the seller has not been helpful in getting it unlocked.

My machine functions, but I cannot adjust anything in the bios without going through the unlock setup.

Admin Password: Set
System Password: Not Set
Internal HDD Password: Not Set

Service Tag: 4W8ZBG1-595B

although the Z looks like a 2 on my screen so it could also be
4W82BG1-595B

Any help would be appreciated!
