this is not the correct bios backdoor password..it's still gives "incorrect password" This laptop is a Dell Latitude E6320 maybe there's a difference with the d630...

my "system number" says; FKXJ3R1-1D3B (that's what i see as "system number" in the bios)

Service tag number is: FKXJ3R1
under the laptop..

I calculated it using -595B as the suffix if different then post it
password is case sensitive and it is also for a QWERTY type keyboard
