dell latitude d630 admin password ??

Good evening all from Australia. My first time here. Had a browse. Nice site.

Hoping one of you good folk can help me out.

Just picked up a Dell from Graysonline. The BIOS is password is locked.

Serial number is : 4NRKK1S

Model is DCNE

Would really appreciate it if someone could help out with the password?

I calculated it using suffix -595B if you can see any different then post it
the password is only to get into BIOS it is not an Admin password.
the 3rd of password is l for leg
you could also try a usb keyboard just in case one of the keys is playing up.

can't you set option in BIOS to boot from disc and then reinstall the operating system
otherwise there are a few programs that can help you
google how do I reset a forgoton admin password and you should get all the info you need

Thanks for your two suggestions for my two BIOS passwords. Still locked out. Neither 'dell' or no password work either.

I did come across another seven character string I scribbled down a few years back when I had to re-install. No idea if it was a Service Tag - ML07PXK
