also HDD passwords only work on the original HDD

I am at work today and have been given a Dell D630 to prepare for a new starter but the previous owner of the laptop has enable the bios passord so i am unable to get into the bios to activate PXE boot so i can boot to my image server can someone please give me the password to get back into the bios please.
