Admin BIOS password for Dell Latitude D630

Hi everybody!
Hope you can help me, as I have tried many different solutions, but alas, without result.
I would be really grateful if any of you hightec-guru's could inform me whit the BIOS Admin Password for my Dell Latitude D630.
My service tag is: 7ZVMD3J-595B

***UPDATE!***

I have found a solution for all DELL Latitude D630 laptops ending with -595B, here. I just used the Windows binary file (via dos prompt in Windows) and it works!!

My son has set an admin password on his Dell E6410 laptop - which he obviously can't remember... it still works, however, i cannot change the boot order and many other BIOS options - all greyed out. Can anyone help with a master password to unlock this?
BIOS version is A06 and system number is: 80ZB1P1-2A7B
