if i am reading this right on the POST test you are getting bleeps count the bleeps this will tell you where the fault is

as for the f12 and cmos it will be the cmos batt 2023 replace that reset everything

you might find that will cure the problems

Beeps count for nothing...Reading from whats been said bad sectors on the hdd.Or new mobo required.

today opened case cleaned graphics card contacts and memory, reset cmos by removing battery got to info screen (was pleasantly surprised).heres the info from screen....system health check..ok., memory testing..ok,(secondary ide channel no80 conductor cable installed).,cmos checksum error-defaults loaded, ifeel i am getting there slowly with your help.powered down pc......just booted pc now system does not find any drives only floppy.
