2nd last of password was l for leg not a one
did you input in the correct case
I also assumed your tag ended -595B if it doesn't post what it ends with

they can only end 2 other different ways so try the following

0azfB3C9p54Z1q6i (first is a zero) also note change in case as tags and passwords are case sesitive

I have a Dell D520 with password protected BIOS and need help finding it!

Service tag is 16XW92J. Not sure what follows until I can boot it up late tomorrow sometimes.

password is correct for tag given

make sure you type it in lower case as tags and passwords are case sensitive.
it is also for a QWERTY type keyboard

SMOGGY JUST CURIOUS MY D520 ALLOWS ME TO BOOT AND GO INTO WINDOWS AND BIOS BUT IT WONT DETECT MY BATTERIES NOR MY CHARGER A FRIEND OF MINE TOLD ME I HAD TO ENABLE IT ON THE BIOS BUT WHEN I TRY IT SAYS PASSWORD SET MY FRIEND SAYS I HAVE TO COMPLETELY LOCK IT BY INSTALLING WRONG PASSWORD 3 TIMES AND THEN THE PASSWORD YOU GAVE WILL WORK. WHAT DO YOU THINK? SHOULD I TRY THIS??
