the number that it show me for the HDD is **38hgt0vmt-595b
I try some programs that found in other forum but the password that work with that programs.

the programs that I use were dell.exe, masterpw.exe, latitude.exe

I see on the web that it can be accesed by masterpassword.

Thats wy I call for help, the master password that smoggy give me it work only for addmis password not for HDD password.
