ive search for all night,.. suddenly, after i post on this forum (exactly upper coment) , and i answered my self, little funny actualy..,
i just found my fujitsu 6x4 digit code couple minutes ago ,
password .its " gkmlyxyc " ,. still cant believe although iam not an computer expert anyway.. damn love it..

ive try again for your code but it doesnt work anymore sorry.. may be it should be do on a locked bios laptop in case.. mine have been unlocked anyway. here my sugestion or some thing i have done to open my bios..
(gv an underline that iam not engineer or an expert one. i just try share n help )
for my bios password case only for when entering bios..
i still can use my windows (win7pro 32bit)
here what i do..
1. download the file pwgen....py (6X4 fujitsu siemens) from the link i gave on my upper post. look upper at dogber blogspot link
2. there is no binary file to execute .but its ok. just download n put it your pwgen..bla bla..py
put the on c:users\fujitsu>pwgen.. (doit w your win explorer.. n dont forget write 3 code to open 6x4 disabled code
3.restart your laptop n go to the bios with f2
4.put 3 times code to get some error code
5.restart again your laptop.n go to windows again .. n open cmd.exe..( something small dos program ).it ussualy on program>accesoris ...
6.type exactly the pwgen..bla bla
it should be like
c:users\fujitsu>your file .py
then press enter.. n finnaly it should appear the unlock code for your bios
7.write the code n restart .get back in to bios again n open it with your code..
