laptop telling me i have spyware etc

i am having to use my computer to write this as i cannot access from my laptop which i normally use i have a blue and yellow shield with speach bubble telling me threat detected and relling me spyware and others attacking my laptop and starting to run scan which seems to be picking up trojans and infections but i have just run a full scan by avg and it found nothing,i dont know wheter to allow the win 7 scan in case this is a virus/con. i have a page open on ebay and it has a warning shield with firefox alert visiting this site could pose a security threat to your system it said exactly the same for this site and hotmail. i could really use some advice as the pop up is still worrying me and i now have box system security alert it wants me to activatenwin 7 home security 2011 click box or stay unprotected click box.

i have just tried to run avg again but i'm just clicking on the logo without any response

start you laptop up in safe mode and run avg and any other anti virus software you have on it

you could also try spybot:search and destroy, and CCleaner (both free!)

i've clicked on firefox safe mode but straight away win 7 home security 2011 alert pop up saying firefox is infected with trojan-BNK32.KEYLOGGER.GEN private data can be stolen a bit more info then windows reccomend active win 7 homer security 2011 'click yes activate to register your copy of win7 home security and perform threat removal on your system i then have 2 option green shield with tick click here to activate and remove all infections and red shield with cross no,continue unprotected(dasngerous) click here to continue unprotected. and all the time i have speach bubble from blur and yellow shield malware intrusion! asking me to run anti spware scan and i cant open my avg.

in the searchbar type "msconfig"

tick diagnostic setup and restart lappy

you lappy will start in safe mode, then run all of your anti virus proggies

You need to run your laptop in safe mode - before it gets to the windows desktop

It usually tells you which buttons to press as you start up your laptop.

clicked on windows logo typed in space search programmes and files msconfig but did not bring anything up to tick

no i didnt get that screen i went from my desktop to firefox safe mode got the pop ups then tried start and typed in the msconfig all the time i have warnings popping up from the blue and yellow shield virus infection etc and the other box in right hand corner with critical system alerts attacking port info and threat ref now EICAR-TEST-FILE
