hi m8 i have had this virus and it came from facebook and a few of my m8s have had the same thing win 7 scan,i only got rid of it with spybot search and destroy plus malwarebytes, don't take it to a shop they r all ripoffs,try and borrow a friends usb key and ask them to download it and put on key,don't let the laptop go online,hope this helps and good luck
