            Very sorry to be a pain but which code shall I use? Is it the NCK? I tried it with a 3G sim card but it wouldn't work. Should I be in a particular menu first?

                    Hate to tell you this, but that phone isn't 3G compatible.

                    It should ask for the nck code when you go to the right menu option. But if you're trying to use a '3' network sim it won't work.

                        I now understand why it wouldn't work. I shall try it with a Virgin sim card and will report soon.
