I downloaded and installed Mobile Partner. There is connection between my Huawei and Mobile Partner. However I do not see any message box asking for codes. Nor Can I see such thing in options...

I do realize I am a newbie but this is why pros are for, rendering assistance =)

And to my question - must I have reception signal to unlock device?

You don't need a signal to unlock it. If mobile partner is not working you might need to flash the dongle with the unbranded firmware. Jim is better at this than I am, send him a PM if you need confirmation or help on flashing.

Without unlocking the mobile brandband dongle, can we use different SIM card from the same carrier (I use 3 and I have three 3 SIM cards)?
