You simply need to setup a new profile for your new provider (carrier) this is usually just APN, user name and password.

The only APN's I have for Brazil are:

Brazil Claro claro.com.br
Brazil Oi gprs.oi.com.br
Brazil TIM tim.br

Most providers use a Static APN, blank user name and password and a dial string of *99#
