    Oh NOW, ...

    I found the reason way my sim card is not working in my Huawei E122. The small distance between the Micro-SIM and the plastic around it (to have the size of a big SIM card) causes pins of the SIM socket to brake and then it is impossible to use any SIM card anymore.

    In my case, it caused 2 pins to brake. So my Huawei is dead!

    So take care where you put the Micro-SIM!!!

                Have a look here: DC Files - Huawei E122

                Select the Dashboard Update but you will have to run this on a PC to update the Windows and Mac Dashboards on the device itself...

                Effectively you've debranded your device fully. You will probably need to set up a new connect profile and that's it!

                Or if your are not brave, try the Dashboard Mac download which should be like the Windows installable version of Mobile Partner.
