Hmm, didn't work.

I didn't get an enter code prompt so I did the *#0000*NCK# then *#0001*NCK# and nothing.

Maybe I'm doing it wrong, I did the first then the second with out sending in between and not sending after and the codes just sit there.

I've tried different sim cards and tried full reset and nothing. I'm going to give up and just leave it locked to orange. It was for our baby sitter who wanted to use her Uganda Telecom sim but she'll just have to use orange and deal with it.

How to enter code for ALCATEL OT-209:

Switch on your phone with a not allowed SIM Card,
When the message "Enter Network Key" appear enter the Code we send to you
or (this method does not work on all models!)

Switch ON your phone without SIM Card,
Then compose : *#0000*CODE#,
To finish compose : *#0001*CODE#.
IMPORTANT: IF CODE NOT ACCEPTED PLEASE FULL RESET PHONE AND TRY AGAIN!
FULL RESET: PHONE OFF, PRESS [#]+[POWER] OR [VOL UP]+[POWER]!
