With Dm not saying anything i would think the worst.
Was the main thing that put me off a Spiderbox.
If you said anything bad about his service or the box you got as ban.
What sort of service is that.
From what i know the build quality of the box and remote are great so losing the service aint the worst thing in the world but i thought it would always end in tears with the scale they were working on.

A normal large sized ps probably needs about 4 cards from something like nova to keep things glitch free. The size of the operation of the spiderbox I would love to know how many cards they had going. Will take some time to get some more (say about two weeks?). At a guess I think service+ will be running again but will be up and down like a yo yo. Just ask the sv boys they went through the same thing but things are looking up.

In the old days packages use to go up and down, it was all part of the fun. The excitement of a new set of channels opening. I remember the days of having premier, D+ and tps it was amazing and what got me completely hooked into the sat world. I really miss those days. What the service+ gave access to was uncomprehensible in those days.

its not realy the spiderbox thats brill its service plus that sells it , free hd pltv channels movies and lots more, so where did you get your info about dm {done one}

Not really mate, the first thing I noticed about the Spderbox was it's brilliant HDTV image, even upscaled SD channels seemed to look better on the machine.

It's a very competent machine, if a little boring for my liking.

BTW, I don't own a Spiderbox, but I did have a loan of one for a couple of months.

I'm very disappointed a mnth with the box ?300 on it if 6 mnth then could of accepted it, I have to sub to another for the epl the reason I bought the box... alot of hear say about wat has happened & wat is going on, if it was to come back then ok but nothing from the server!!! In general good first time box with the "gift" without it if used with a sub still a good box. So come on DM tell wat the F**k is going on!!!!!

I don't keep up with the Spiderbox but I thought the 9000 was approx ?175?

this is from another site... "Service+ is still offline. The server array, internet connections, and database all have to be rebuilt. It will be at least 2 weeks before we can complete the work here and start up again. Some things here in Asia take a lot longer than you may be used to in Europe and we don't do this full-time, we have to make a living too, you know?!

i think whats interesting is, the spiderbox and SV7 are almost the same looking box, same packaging, and come from korea, spiderbox goes off the same week as SV7's come back on with sort of the same excuse as what SV said when that went off? i only purchased my spider because of the sv goin off proper gutted now as i have both!
