The spider is a very good box imho - the gift was a bonus but would never have recommended it on that alone. Great NDS server as others have posted.

The protek is the box to buy if you are relying solely on "free" channels. Very reliable and also offer excellent vfm. It could in theory though go tits up though its the chance you take.

after seeing the spider go 'titsup' as you say.....i won't bother with anymore i think.

Knowing my luck....it would probably stop after a couple of weeks just like the spider......and its alot more expensive as well.

            Look at the alternatives.....

As with anything 'dodgy', the buyer should always try to find out as much as possible before handing over any cash and weigh up the risks. Handing over 500 notes and trusting the seller to his word is just silly IMO.

There are far too many cowboys cashing in on this hobby these days.
exactly anything that offers cheap subs from sky or virgin or whoever could end as soon as you get the box you just have to weigh it all up and decide whether its worth the risk or not

over the years i have had a few different things die on me one of them i only had a week

sky and virgin ect will always on the look out to combat tv fraud stopping cardshare has got to be the next big issue for them as its popularity grows to ever more homes

which is why no service can be guaranteed to last forever so my advice to anyone buying anything is weigh it up with what you can afford to lose

Not sure but i think full sky is around ?50 a month balance the 2 if you spend ?300 and it lasts 6 month you break even it could last years though just as easy as it could all end tommorow although cardsharing IMO will be around for a while yet
