What does work? I have a netgear router and it connects but is glitchy, I think mine is coincidence because iv had trouble with this router before.

@joetwizzy this new firmware doesn't work with my blade i have been told its because im using a netgear router which i am as its working for other people who have downloaded it

Thanks for the reply. But what do you mean by 'not working'? It's obviously turning on. Does it connect to the network? Does cccam work?

only the freeview channels work the rest dont says scrambled

ive gone back to the previous firmware which works fine, am gna hav to get another router maybe a belkin or hope they fix this quick

I'm told it works OK with the Virgin "Super Hub" which is Netgear

sorry but whats a super hub? im using virgin bb and i have a netgear router but i only get the free channels with this firmware it wnt pick up my sub works fine with the old firmware

Super Hub is what VM give to 30-50-100 Meg customers, it's a combined DOCSIS3 Wireless Router

oh ok im getting 20 meg from virgin, how come the old firmware works fine and this doesnt?

do you have to put the newcamd line in again once you've downloaded the firmware to the box?

As with installing any new firmware one must do a factory reset so after doing that put the usb stick in the box go to utilities and click download.After searching for channels some transponders may be missing easily rectified by going to lyngsat and searching for the missing frequencies,then go to blade online and download the 7 day epg then when done turn off the box then back on again and then epg update when finished click on the 7 day epg all channels with the full epg is available.

when on youtube on the box, how do u get off it, i have to turn box off to exit.

You must reinstall your cline after doing the factory reset.Virgin media super hub works fine with the new firmware.
