Does not look good then if that is true.

But they can get lifted especially if Viasat have a case against the Premier League & they can take it to EU court or something.

Perhaps LJ's are just building it up more that's all.

I know, loads of places have recently had this put in & will be furious after being promised a much better service than Tring.

It's not so bad for those who were thinking of having Sky but instead went for Viasat as they still get all Sky & Espn games
& champions league (although nobody near me will care about that now ha ha).

So for about a tenth of the price of Sky, they will still get
the same amount of Premier League games & in HD.

But for those who have Sky aswell, then having Viasat without 3pm games is pointless.

My only advice to those places is to say cancel sky for 3 months & you will still get all the same games for PL that sky have & at least that way you will have covered the cost of Viasat more or less & who knows in that period of time, the 3pm's may well return.

We just have to see what Viasat's response will be.

I guess their lawyers are trying to find a loop hole or conter injuction so they can carry on with 3pm's

Luckily a lot of pubs have taken up viasat from companies on a monthly basis. Very expensive at the time but in hindsight they can now cancel.
Viasat is cheap and these suppliers have made a killing with their prices as well as some of these cards being multiroom as well .
A high price to pay and hopefully these robbing suppliers who have put a massive mark up will get hit hardest.

The swedish and denmark ones work out at around ?2200 - ?2500 depending if you want the films as well, Its double the price of the baltic ones but still cheaper for the pubs and clubs
