I was also told by my supplier that the EPL had placed an injunction on the screening of 3pm's from Viasat Baltic platforms until ratification of the ECJ ruling by the High Court next week.

If the High Court upholds the ECJ judgement everything should be back to normal,if not we can say goodbye to all 3pm's from all European providers.

Unlike Micky Mouse Tring and Digitalb Viasat is a huge company and I cannot see them being pushed around by the EPL and am sure their lawyers are working at having any injunction lifted immediately.

i wounder how much pressure bskyb have put on the FAPL to do something has they say money Talks i alone no 25 pubs/clubs that have cancelled sky and got viasat which works out about ?20-25 k a month in lost revenue and thats only in a 10 mile radius of my home so they must be losing millions each month
