Which boxes have 7 day epg that are similar to the openbox

blade bm7000s and tm5402

as for sly plus , you pay a tenner a month to use it , or its free with ANY PACKAGE , even the bog standard family entertainment pack

As little as possible just seen on ebay an s11 and it says it supports 7 day epg is this true.Has anyone dealt with satfooldeals seen they have qbox mini hd's in stock and have emailed them a few days ago but no reply.Maybe they shut over xmas but a bit wary never heard of them

ask plenty of questions about how good/bad they are before choosing what box you go for as people impulse buy and regret afterwards also some models are cloned or may have issues with tuners.presume you also want a hd with a hdd for recording and can you record a different channel than you are watching.
i would be staying clear of ebay for buying sat boxes unless it is a well known seller,warranty and support come to mind.

Got a mate who has a qbox he loves it but got his from lavatronics and they no longer got any can only find satfooldeals with any in stock but never heard of them

Used satfooldeals quite a bit with no probs at all(Guernsey,Jersey based if i remember correctly,Manic 01 should confirm if he's about )probably shut due to the hols,as for the s11 cant really comment on the 7 day epg but going on what overs have said i would suggest not.
My personal experience of these boxes(and i've only bought 3 and then moved them on to friends)is as a cheap hd box used for basic means(client box lets say) they are ideal,easy to set up,easy to use etc etc,expect much more than that and i think this is where the problems start.At the end of the day its not a DM and you get what you pay for.

Not strictly untrue as some channels on 19.2e show a good few days epg on openbox and all other receivers.
It's true that you cannot use a 7 day epg add on/plug in though.

many boxes will quote 7 day epg and it is true , but on very few broadcasters , the ones who use an open system

the point here is that it does not say on astra 2 , or on 28.2e , and that is where most people want a 7 day epg

so yes they can say it does a 7 day epg , but its not relevant to the one you or others would like to have , which is a sly epg from 28.2 east
