ESPN free weekend

I can't confirm this but on satellite, (skyuk box) you need a minimum package.

i know this is a little off topic so aplogies but thats the problem in this country... why the f*** should anyone have to subscribe to s** to watch espn? on satellite.has nobody ever looked into this? in the analogue days you would have had your own sat reciever then got yourself a seperate decoder(a cam nowadays) and then subbed direct with espn. why does somebody need to subsribe to 1 company(s**) to use a service from a totally seperate company(espn). gatekeeper murdoch again!!!! rip off britain. regards mdt

i already have a blade box downstairs with cs, but i dnt have one in my room just a standard old sky box, cnt afford another box yet, so would be good to watch sme ESPN if i could

I told my bro about this yesterday as he has a sky standard package at his house, anyway he wrang me and told me hes not getting this ESPN freeview. i told him to ring Sky they told him its got nothing to do with them its not their channel, but the guy he was talking to did say it could be because he wasn't getting the sports package from sky, but thats just a load of balls.
