I just need 2 lnbs there for 19.2 and 13, why would I go with 4 way?
modding even for universal holder? I thought universal means would fit regulat satellite dishes

you would need the 4way as thats what you stated you wanted in the end in your 1st post.
even with a "universal"holder you may need some drilling of the lnb arm.
and if you are only ever to want 19E and 13E you dont need one at all just get a standard 6 degree monoblock and that will fit on your existing holder, line one up and the other falls into place.the sketch is for 13E as prime but you can use 19E if wanted the secondary lnb would just have to be on the other side.

I did not say that I need 4 lnb bracket
I need a bracket for 2 lnbs astra and hotbird, the 2 other lnbs will be from other dishes, all 4 to diseqc 4x1, so monoblock wont work for me

keeping existing sky lnb with 2 more for 19e and 13e

Just to be warned though from 19.2? to 39? is nearly a 20? spread and could be a little bit on the tight side but should be possible.

            You can always try
Will this one just piggyback onto my existing 28.2 lnb?
And then just add 1 or 2 more lnb at desired points along the rail?
Really dont want to have to try anything more complicated as i will get shot if i destroy existing sky subbed dish setup.
Did look at one of these but cant for the life of me work out how to attach it.
            twin holder
Thanks in advance for any help.

The twin holder you linked too would have to have the dish arm modded to fit it, the one i linked to would just go around what ever lnb you have now and leave you space for 2 more.
