you wont get those kinds of channels without getting or paying for cs , which we dont discuss on here

and you cannot afford the best sat box if you are on a tight budget

being on a tight budget restricts you to budget boxes , never mind needing a motor and dish and everything else that goes with it

have a good read of the forums as many people have asked similar questions

but dont expect much if you cannot afford to put the money in

You need to have a good read.
As for VM ripping you off, they are not.
They have to resell these channels.

I believe it was another clone of the dm500s dreambox , and there are several clones of the dreambox on the market. the original dreambox 500s SD box hasnt been made for several years now

its one thing buying and loading and running a box , quite another to get what you said you want

its not as if you can just patch it or load an image and then decode the holy grail in channels. hasnt been like that for some considerable time

so yes any sat box with a digital satellite tuner will start you off , on fta channels only

with an emu like cccam or mgcamd you can get the biss and dcw and ucas channels by adding keys or softcams, from the satellites and providers that still support those older methods

but dont expect to get channels like you are asking for using those older methods, as satellite encryption is way ahead of cable encryption and has been for several years

I noticed your post in the cable section, I would forget about cable as there doesn't seem to be much happening at the minute, the dm500s would be a good started box and the cheapest dreambox but it's not HD, have a look at the "openbox" it's pretty popular and it's quite cheap and HD, but you undoubtably will have to pay someone somewhere to watch those channels you want to watch.

i was going to mention a freesat box no bills to pay and you wont get the sports or movies from sky as they are encrypted,i would suggest a hd box if your tv is a hd as picture quality is much better, some sat boxes when bought come with a gift, like spiderbox protek, and if you only have a sky dish you can get a monoblock lnb to receive from 2 sats.
