Does this mean I can record more channels at the same time or just allow me to install mutiroom at a later stage

a twin tuner box basically allows 2 recording channels , although it can be more if they are on the same transponder, like the films are

but a quad lnb is usually to feed 2 or more rooms , or an octo which has 8 outputs to feed even more rooms
