nightmare with firmware upload

hi i've tried to upload the firmware so many times and i keep getting miss match file i've tried factory reset before installing i contacted the supplier and all he said was to post a problem in this section is there a correct way of uploading this firmware

Mismatch file error

To djslytv,
First download the tutorial mentioned in ''Satsmo'' post ''1'' follow the text guide then follow post 25 . hope this will fix the error.

i have sorted the firmware out now .
only problem i have now is that cccam keeps freezing after 5mins i have a c:line for sly tv off a friend and it freezes up.
in server setting it say's connecting .then connect failed

can the cccam be downgraded in this box?

CCcam freezing problem

To djslytv, I have no problem with Latest firmware version B_V2.0.51.bin, fixed cccam freezing issue. Make sure you installed latest firmware. To know stb f/w go to menu/settings/upgrade/version/ F/W version B_V2.0.51.

mate if you tried all solutions mentioned in this thread and still have a problem contact supplier he should sort it out.

I have got all the super setting and have entered all my Nline details, but it still is not connecting, the redline in on the network so it is not that, any ideas?
