I live near Middlesbrough and my postcode gives me.
Latitude:

Longitude:
1.60? E (1? 36' 0")
Azimuth angle:
182.93? (True North)
Elevation angle:
27.30?
LNB tilt (Skew):
1.68?
Offset angle:
20.36?
Declination angle:
-7.66?
Angle setting on motor:
2.63? West
so i set the motor to 55 as it had latitude markings not elevation. (but put it the right way up this time)
I set the mounting bracket on the dish to 27 as followed in the motor handbook table for my lat.
I just put the lnb in the mount facing the satellite. (is there any adjustments that need to be made here?)
