7-Day EPG

Hi, Can anyone help with getting a 7-day epg on TS3000 hd, I currently have firmware 3.2.08

It is only showing now and next when I actually go onto the channel, this is very annoying as I cannot plan anything to record in advance.

Have you tried "Factory Reset" after the upgrade?
