Checked all my channels and they are working - with and without the card !!

If it happens it happens, and there is nothing we can do until it does. Also, I think when it does happen, we will all know about it almost immediately.

It was always a matter of time - when you look at channels such as Lig TV (7 east), Sporklub (16 east), Viasat etc, and they cannot be shared (as far as I am aware), it was always going to follow them.

However, saying all that - it is a game that has been played since D2mac decoders....... What next???

are you sure mate, i cancelled sky a month ago and sky 1 was on 106 and sky 1 hd on 170 as well as others

Basically if you subscribe to HD then the channels will move , if you don't or stop subscribing to HD then the channels move back.

The big away that article is old is the fact Sky Atlantic launched months ago

My interpretation is they're doing more than one thing..

We have new satellite hardware coming, making it harder for peeps outside the country to view the services. I don't think this in itself will be causing the glitching people have seen lately though.. But this reported change to the pairing system could..

I think they've definitely got something else up there sleeves.. they can't just throw the switch though. My impression is they're testing somehting right now as people seem to be only experiencing problems for small periods of time.. unsupprisingly when there's something worth watching.

We cant discuss that too much but in a word 'Overloaded' simple as, personally not seen a problem yet.

maybe not glitching, but did you happen to notice *the* times - were they what you would expect/average..?

..I noticed certain channels' times were 3x (sometimes more) than that of other channels. whilst not causing issues for me, suggests somethings going on though.. and it isn't load related.
