No, it needs to be high due to the trees outside my house.

Check with your local authority about mounting to the chimney because i seem to recall ANY dish mounted above troughing height will require planning permission.
And you're only allowed 2 dishes to be wall mounted on your house, a sly dish and a dish upto 1 metre ( used to be 80cm ).

I don't want the dish blowing over so I think it might be out of the question anyway.

the dish needs to be approx twice the distance away from the trees as the height left from the bottom of the dish.if the trees are in the road outside the front of the house can your put the dish at the bottom of your back garden?

can second that on a twin output blk ultra using a TM5400 one output wont give 12.688H30000 on 39E but the other output does.

Depends really some say dont but you can if you want, depends on how 'Healthy' so to speak your chimney is structurally and maybe re-mortared and even brick span say something like a double which spreads over your roof front to back should be no problem with a heavy duty double lashing kit just to be on the safe side.

Try and get a phot uploaded of the chimney in question and see what the brick span is as well.
