I think if anything is to be believed a Quote would be provided to back your story up, After running a few different searches on Google.co.uk google.de & google.es I have found nothing releating to any court case ever taken place

If there were to be any case its more likely to be Dreambox themselves for manafacturing and distrabution of said receivers for the purpose of piracy ... which are been outlawed in some countrys, recently Saudi Arabia announced the conficiation and banned use of Dreamboxs throughout there country releating to the high levels of piracy and low subscribers with there national satellite providers..

And as opsmonkey has pointed out if indeed you are badmouthing dreambox sellers here and trying to promote a new IP server box go else where, many of us have been in this game for years and know better !

If you cant prove what you saying or find releation to it posted anywhere else on the web its got to be a load of cock & bull..

I'm not sure if your pointing that at me or not but what I can say going by the person that told me is part of a sat team that has been around for a long time and he has nothing to do with dream and dose not support there stuff and in no way is he trying to sell anything or am I he just passed on what he knows to be true trust me I have been a round for a while in this world like your self and know of all the story's of he said the man down the bar said seen them all maybe I should not have said anything about it and left it at that but in no way was I trying to scare anyone from doing anything I only let you know about some thing that was passed on to me from some one I trust and have been friends with for a long time

It was not directed towards you 2tone at all m8... its directed at KMM who sugested all this crap regarding Dreambox and Customes agencys are to tackel the growth in Pirate Dreamboxs entering the Country after a so called court case ....
