you will need minimum 80cm dish 2 bullet nosed LNBs a 2way diseqc switch and a bracket for the additional lnb keep 16E as the prime sat and put 19.2E as the offset, when viewed from behind the dish the 19.2E lnb will be to the right of the 16E one and probably touching it.

edit: the pic shows the set up just forget about the 2 outside lnbs.

if you look at the lnbs in the pic they are slimmer than std ones to allow for tighter spacing.normal lnbs wont let you get close enough for 3 degree spacing.the ones in the pic are"alps" lnbs and are available from good sat shops.
just google alps lnb you will need 2 at about ?10-?12 each

I tried with normal lnb and i couldt find it.
So i should get slim ones for sure.
My dish was 80 cm diameter

10.744 H 2200 is good and strong with eins plus and festival loud and clear
to get 19.2E as well as 16e you will need slim lnbs for sure

just to clarify you will not get both those sats at the same time with nomal lnbs.
as 16E is the weaker mount a bullet nosed lnb in prime position and align for that sat then mount the other bullet nosed lnb next to it as per pic and fine tune skew etc:it will work.

I was just about to suggest the same thing a 3? mono block would cover it easily, I think it all depends on how many receivers the OP wants to connect to the 2 satellites if 1 then the mono block works if more than one then its separate LNB's
