If you have a read of the post i quoted you its quite easy on the 2 way splitter you have port 1 & 2 assign port 1 to 13? east and port 2 to 19.2? east you will now need a 4/1 diseqc A 13? B 19.2? C 16? east

    Simple

cant you just get yourself say a quality 85cm dish like the gibby or a orbital80/td78 if funds are tight and 3 bullet nose lnb,s/1 bullet nose for 16e and 2 normal for 13e/19.2e as this will give you 13/16/19.2 of 1 dish and still have a spare port for say 23.5 or 28.2. i know it will cost a little bit more but it will last many years and look better on your house than 2 seperate dishes ect. regards mdt

I have found an used ALPS lnb.

Some frequencies do have 0 % quality.
Espana, German channels Austria has all 0% Quality and doesnt open.
Holiday tv bbworld and some other channels have 80 % quality
            Is the LNB bad ?

Without knowing the exact channels note down the frequency's and check all against each other, as you have 4 Bands H/H,H/L,V/H,V/L if all the ones are gone in the same band then it could be an LNB fault

I think is the lnb faulty cus at the same time some frequencies have good quality and almost all others have 0 % quality

                  I got a new LNB.All working fine.

Im thinking to make another upgrade.I have a separated dish(80cm) with a single LNB(13E)
Can i add 28E on that dish?

Yes leave the dish focussed on 13? east and add 28.2? east as the offset LNB
