hi there I have a vu+ duo I no the transponder has changed for the movies I have done a scan but not got them back any one help with this please thanks

did you run a new full scan as that should pick them up or others use autobouquets maker to run a new scan and refresh your bouquets.set your scan to run on sd as hd not viewable on 28.2.

manually scan the transponder , its 11934 V 27500 5/6

thanx to both of you but when I do a single transponder scan does it automatically save or do I need to manually save it

automatically saves it to the main list

then you select the actual channels and add them into your bouquets yourself (using dreamboxedit or the remote control method)

delete the old ones on the old transponder too

I download another up to date XML file and put it the box, because it is faster than a full scan.
