With you saying that you have a +3 degrees when you send the dish to a satellite, that could mean that you will have to move the motor on the pole by 3 degrees to get it right, this may solve it for you. (use 11747v 30000)

Does this Mean that I will always have to go to the motor and manually add 3 degrees after I change a channel or something?

YES, When you are using USALS as your set-up, (if you set the motorised system up correctly you would not have to a change when you go to another satellite).
There is a way around this if you do not want to get a ladder out and move the motor, use the DiSEqC 1.2 setup and to each satellite in turn and save.

        Hope this helps
