How to fit F Connectors to coaxial cable

            there you go mate .
            bit easier than me explaining.
If you need these this afternoon
            b&q,maplins etc will have them.
            hope you get sorted

shouldn't worry about the grease thing though i've never used it(not for that anyway)

most F-plugs are screw on, strip about 20mm off the outer casing fold back the foil and copper mesh strip the inner insulation leaving about 3/4mm screw F-plug on trim copper wire to leave about 3mm showing past the end of the plug.
trial & error will get it just right.
you can get F-plugs in any hard ware/electrical store these days.
