hardly surprising.. i remember when ART cards where about ?200 for 12 months in 2006 in the UK.. i got one from Morocco for $50 at a time when it was $2 to the ?1

cant see them being sold anywhere.. seen on other forums that they are out in france and that they are not released until Jan 2010.. have to wait and see

Diabolina/ Omnia Card, are supposed to open Viaccess packages: ART, BIS, MCT atm ... and some more in the future, card will be available in January, if this is a breakthrough in opening Viaccess packages and the card works on all receivers I would guess it will become a EMU soon than later.
