i would expect anyone phoning them up as new customer can get same deal if mentioned in call, saying others are getting for x ammount, they cant afford to be choosey nowadays and need all custom

I orderd mine yesterday and still have not had confirmation e-mail.I registered with Sky and my order can be tracked with it stating the agreed install date but my billing section is giving the message that it has been suspended while an error is investigated.I have a funny feeling I will lose out here even though I have a printed out order confirming all the details with a customer account number.I will keep everyone informed as to the outcome.It's worth noting my order was placed just after 6pm last night so others may be in the same position-if anyone has any info I will be most grateful.Gutted at the mo.
