Thompson HD box stuck on standby

My friend has a slyHD Thompson box, hes a subscriber and its stuck on standby.

Tried a software update (to no avail), checked all the cables and the 30 second arrow button format which didnt seem to work either.

any ideas?

You will need to contact Sly for a new box, my mums has done the same thing, also not responding to RC or Backup Software download so Sly delivering a new box tomorrow.
