Going through Liveonsat http://liveonsat.com Premiership Fixtures There is no mention of Tring @ 16e Broadcasting or Rebroadcasting even Highlights of Premiership Games. Sportsclub+ SE Europe is the only Provider (Total TV Bulgaria) stated as a Premiership partner for the 2010 football season on 16e @ this time, There has been no official word that the Albanian Provider has secured any Rights to Broadcast the 2010/2011 season after Digit Albania has the Rights terminated for Breaking Terms and Conditions with the leaking & selling of Encryption to a third party CAM manufactuer for a number of years.
With a less than a Few weeks to go before Kick off, most Providers are well known and stated as official Partners and have payed for the Broadcasting rights for the upcoming season with the Premiership rights holders, Either Tring which linked itself with Premiership coverage and broadcasting rights at an early stage is nothing more than fictitious and lies in a bid to sell 12 month viewing cards through some dodgy vendors well know to us all, or they are leaving it very late to pick up thier broadcasting Rights for the season ahead.
My Gut feeling is Tring is nothing more than another Ripoff for those who have bought a Years subscription on the strength of Premiership Football, The only mention of Tring broadcasting Premiership Football comes from the sources selling these cards, There is nothing officially stated or Valid to sugest Tring have the Television Rights they say the have.
With Broadcasting rights running into many Millions of Pounds, A New provider on the satellite stage does not have the resources to pay for these rights without a large subscriber base and in Albainia Subscriptions run about 10 quid a month for a full subscription due to there standard of Living, along with Mass corruption many company such as the Premiership rights holders are very reluctant to do business with such providers especially when they are selling these cards in the UK at half the price of Sky Digital for a years subscription.Comment

I dont see anywhere stated that Tring are to show any Football matches live, Delayed or Highlights and Liveonsat are the most comprehensive Football listings on the web for European Football. (of course this might change) but its getting a bit late for 100% Conformation from one of the newly invented providers in the satellite market in the wake of corrupt digital Albania.
Tring are trying to sell viewing cards in the UK in a high volume's, under Cutting SKY and rebroadcasting Sky's Coverage of Premiership football, under current EU laws curtailing to Broadcasting Rights across European Regions, Sky & Premiership Rights Holders have in the past Terminated Football Rights they see as undermining Broadcasting directly covering the UK & ROI.
Dealers of Tring cards (As we Know of a Few) openly are advertising these cards for sale in the UK, As there has been no official Football listings to date (only Promices) Every Effort Will be made that Tring do not interfere with Sky Broadcasing across the UK and thier subscriber base.
Also I ask why have Tring not openly Stated there Contract with Premiership rights hoilders ? (This would sell more Cards in theory) The main reason is either they do not have Live Football Rights, only delayed or Nothing at all.
All Livonsat.com have listed from coming from 16e is Bulgaria A PFG Football coming from Total TV Bulgaria, Premiership Football on Sportsclub+ SE Europe also on Total TV Bulgaria and a few other bits and pices for European Football.
Tring are not stated as showing one Football match across the whole of Europe as it stands, again when something is cheap its to good to be true.
