Will my rusty dish be ok?

Total noob alert.

I have finally decided to get into this satellite lark. I want to subscribe to polsat/cymfra+. I have ordered a Vu+ Duo and am looking into the dish options. Not much budget left. I have a sly minidish on the wall and also on the chimney I have 80cm? rusty looking dish.

I have attached some pics, a few questions:

1. Will this dish do a job?

Not sure about motorised or fixed, any advice would be appreciated.

2. Not sure if I have understood properly but, if I get a monoblock lnb, will this pick up 2/3 satellites and at the same time be cheaper than going down the motorised route?

3. Is it really worth going motorised? 1000's of channels in foreign languages or can you get Discovery and History type channels for free?
