Well if its for a Pub in the UK or ROI, you will get a Visit from NDS / Sky officials at some stage who have to power currently to proceed with a Leagle injunction against you for public broadcasting Premiership Football from a foreign provider.

If you are a resident or Bar/Club owner on Continental Europe Spain, France, Germany NDS / Sky, D+ & Canal+ officials activaly seek Cross border Public & Private viewing from Providers outside of the sate or Jurastiction there cards are been Viewed in.

Untill The EU make a final ruling later this year on Cross border Viewing cards for commericial & Private use is against the Law, for the moment if you are a pub /Club owner subscribe to the provider within your Jurastiction (eg: Sky) as It could cost you far more in Leagle Fees.

Once you are paying for a Subscription in UK/ ROI , Sky/NDS officials will still visit to see if you are breaking terms and conditions such as C/S to different Television sets within your Bar or other locations (1 subscription per screen), Multipal screen viewing cost more, Sky/NDS check this from time to time with investigators or Pub Spys.

It would be very unwise to go down this road if you are a Pub/Club owner as a Subscription can be Tax deductible as an operational cost or ovehead of your business as the cost of a Sky Subscription depends on the size of the Bar or Club.

I have had a pub for 12 years and have seen sky prices rocket in that time from 2,000 to 12,000
I gave sky the elbow after sky took over the scottish premier league rights and they forced the SPL games to ko at 12 noon on sundays before the pubs opened at 12 30
When Setanta had the rights it was a 2pm ko
now every game involving Rangers and Celtic up to xmas the ko is early

I have Sky italia and total cost to me for one year is ?1000 that included reciever point your dish to 13e and your up and running
I will keep it till the ECJ rules it is illegal if you do not use non european cards or show 3pms you will be left alone as it is still a grey area at the moment most convictions are for domestic and Albanian cards or cardsharing

It is a game of cat and mouse till the european court verdict due at the end of year if it rules in sky's favour then afraid that For the majority of uk pubs its the end of the line for pub football

It will be sad times for all those who go to the pub to watch footy on a saturday afternoon @ 3pm if its deemed to be illegal.....I recon all those who are doing c/s at home will be getting loads more friends then ??

I used to show 3pms when I had sky uk and also a foreign satellite system I never got bothered once so they turn a blind eye as long as you are on their database and giving them their ?1000 a month subscription

Not 100% true, my mates jsut left his pub to emigrate to Brazil. Before that he had local pub with 2 subs costing total of ?1800 per month, also he had diema card and digitalb card.
he had a visit just before he left from MPS, this was not the first time either and also had a letter from FACT before.
Luckily I had just removed the kit

The best box is the technomate 7100 HD in my opinion, with a 1m sat dish and some card sharing from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and you should be laughing mate.

If these payservers are going to jail, why are they still operating ? This particular one he has linked has its website going for a couple of years now. I am not defending them, and neither do i use them.....but they are not being taken down. The only ones you really hear about are in your local newspaper.....Nothing really big seems to be affected.
